Business Summits / Matchmaking Programs

The Turkish-American Business Summit is a major event organized on an annual basis. Different summit themes will be utilized each year. The purpose of this program is to facilitate commerce between the U.S. and Turkey and develop new partnerships between Turkish and American business people.

The summit consists of fairs, parallel conferences, field trips, match makings, and workshops. State agencies, chambers of commerce, international corporations, and business associations will participate formally in the activities as sponsors.

TACC launched an inaugural, comprehensive Matchmaking Program between Turkish and U.S.-based companies. At the first matchmaking program, business owners and CEOs from more than 15 dynamic Turkish companies visited Atlanta. These companies' sales range from $1 million to $3.2 billion. This was both a first time and ideal opportunity for Georgian and U.S.-based businessmen to meet with Turkish companies and explore export/import possibilities. The great success of said program has led to it being held annually by TACC.
